There are several ways in which you can track your MPG on www.autonags.com.

# Using the WebSite and your Vehicle Profile.

iPhone Example

1. Log into www.autonags.com.
2. Select the vehicle that you wish to update your MPG.
3. Select 'Update MPG' in the Vehicle Options.
4. Enter the Gallons of your last fuel purchase and enter the current mileage of your vehicle.

# Using your mobile phone browser. (Currently Only iPhone and Andriod are supported).

1. Navigate to www.autonags.com using your mobile phone browser. You will automatically be redirected to the mobile site.
2. Select 'Update MPG' from the list of options.
3. Enter your mileage and gallons.
4. Optionally you can enter the name of the gas station and the price per gallon. These fields will be updated on the Map so that other users can rate gas prices around town. These numbers will not be associated with your account.


# Using SMS (Text Messaging) with your mobile phone.

1. Send a text message to number 41411 with the following format:

autonag [mileage] [gallons] [*alias]

Example:
autonag 12000 12.3 suv
or
autonag 150000 13.848

*note: alias is only required when you have more than one vehicle in your account.

If you ever forget the SMS instructions or want to just test the SMS service then just send a text message with the text autonag and no other parameters and we will respond with the above instructions in a text message.

Normal Cellular Carrier Charges apply when using SMS. AutoNags.com does not charge for this service but your cell phone provider does.
